Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains how Modum Management (“Modum”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information through modummanagement.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Information we handle for clients under an engagement is governed by that client’s written agreement with us.
Information we collect
When you submit our walkthrough request form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), number of legal entities, type of business, revenue range, accounting system and any message. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to operate the Site. The Site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to function. If we add analytics tools, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a proposal and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, such as our website host and form processor (Webflow) and our email provider (Microsoft), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@modummanagement.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
